Good fences make good friends!Marc Cogen (1963- ) is a Belgian neoconservative, a barrister and an international law professor at Ghent University. His publications include international and European financial law, general international law and international security. He also lectured at the Free Universities of Brussels and Amsterdam, and was a senior adviser to the Belgian Foreign Ministry for many years.
